We are a small architectural firm in the heart of Los Angeles looking for an experienced and motivated person to manage and oversee the smooth running of our office. In addition to providing administrative support you will be in charge of managing projects, coordinating plans and assignments, and communicating progress to our team members, sub-consultants and clients. A successful candidate will have knowledgeable experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties, bookkeeping, and a variety of tasks related to the plan check and permitting process. 


  • Manage records and information
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress
  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate agencies
  • Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Track expenses
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Plan and maintain work facilities
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, etc.)


  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Reliable transportation
