Job Description

  • Manage our marketing channel strategy for all brands and distribution channels, including reseller accounts, design trade partnerships, contractor accounts, and B2Cchannels (i.e. Magento, Amazon, E-bay, Houzz, etc.)
  • Prepare and update strategicchannel plans (including performance reports) on a quarterly basis, coordinating with the business developmentcampaign plan and all other marketing team members
  • Build and maintain relationships with our resellers, professional associations, industry trade groups, neighborhood associations, special interest blogs, etc.
  • Organize, prepare and distribute email newsletters to our key reseller channel contacts on a regular basis.
  • Plan, build and maintain our customer relations database to create a functional CRM system to be used to direct our e-mail promotional campaigns and monitor their effectiveness
  • Plan and distribute channel policy updates to our reseller channel partners, and monitor their sales performance for incentives or corrective actions
  • Prepare and present ongoing reseller staff training programs using online tools, video conferencing, and webinars
  • Prepare and distribute a reseller merchandizing and point-of-purchase display plan for each client brand, coordinating with the business developmentcampaign plan and all other marketing team members
  • Assist with technical sales support to customers and customer support personnel by phone & email
  • Assist studio/showroom visitors with tile projects, retail sales transactions, and customer support
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of product presentations to trade partners (i.e. architects, designers, etc.), either in-studio or during visits to the firm
  • Assist in the administration of a collection of geo-centric websites to create a virtual presence in key metropolitan markets - creating blogs, monitoring contact forms, coordinating follow-up activities with Architectural liaisons, and answering customer questions and comments
  • Perform marketing research and analysis in support of targeted marketing campaigns to include surveys and interviews of prospective and established customers
  • Collaborate on the preparation, execution and monitoring of comprehensive strategic and product marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate on new product development and launch activities
  • Collaborate on the production of sampling systems, sales tools and educational resources
  • Collaborate on tactical business plans and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the campaign coordination team to define new marketing campaign objectives and channel targets, outline campaign activities and timelines, and prepare the campaign materials and resources
  • Collaborate on e-mail newsletters, blogs, and editorial feature stories

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 or more years of experince designing with kitchen and bath projects for homewoners or contractors.
  • Account management experience with trade professionals and track record of sales growth results
  • Personnel management experience of creative staff including professional motivation and performance enhancement responsibilities
  • Strong PC skills require: 2D/3D CAD, Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Creative Suite Applications
  • Bahcelor's degreerequired; degree in INterior Desing, Interior Architecture or Architecture preferred; AIA/NCIDQ and/or NKBA certification is a plus
