Responsibilities:  

1. Support lead architect by preparing construction documents for review and permit submittal, details for construction and 3D models for marketing
2. Perform occasional site analysis including documentation of existing conditions and preparation of “as-built” drawings necessary for design development

General Requirements:

1. Must have CAD experience preparing construction documents for residential projects
   1. Proficient using at least one of the following software programs

                                          i.    AutoCAD

                                         ii.    Revit

                                        iii.    DataCAD

1. Part-time (flexible schedule)
2. Work from home
   1. Must have personal computer and initial subscription to CAD program
3. Architectural degree a plus
4. IDP supervision will be provided by licensed Illinois Architect
5. Diligence required to meet strict deadlines with attention to detail

Compensation (combination):

1. Hourly compensation based on level of experience
2. Fixed fees for individual assignments
