Tiscareno Associates, an award winning architecture and urban design firm based in Downtown Seattle, is seeking a Senior Design Architect with at least 10 years of professional design experience to join our creative team. The qualified candidate will participate in and lead design efforts on multifamily and mixed-use projects, especially mid-rise, urban, and transportation-oriented projects and master planning. Specifically, Tiscareno Associates seeks candidates with:

  • The ability to be self-directed and to direct others in the preparation and coordination of conceptual, schematic, and design development documents  
  • A desire to work in a team-oriented, creative and collaborative environment
  • Interest in medium-to-large scaled design projects, including new buildings and renovations

Required skills:

  • Strong rendering and visualization skills
  • At least 10 years of architectural experience
  • At least 5 years mid-rise to high-rise multi-family experience
  • Proven experience in Revit
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

 Preferred skills:

  • Registered Architect in the state of Washington
  • Knowledge of other graphic software
