We are seeking a dedicated, passionate Junior Architect with strong individual design and problem solving skills that enjoys working on challenging and non-traditional projects, under the supervision of Project Managers and one that has the desire to grow within our fast-paced company. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers/Architects with projects, but have the ability to work independently.
  • Develop projects from pre-design through construction documentation.
  • Perform 3D modeling and presentation work for assigned projects.
  • Develop conceptual sketches into design presentations and coordinate related materials.
  • Review building codes to ensure that design complies with current code standards.
  • Maintain logs and records necessary to manage the workflow of projects.
  • Prioritize and coordinate tasks with project team leaders.
  • Research public agency requirements and prepare site analysis documents.
  • Perform product research, material selections, specifications and review of submittals and shop drawings. 
  • Work and communicate effectively and efficiently in all phases as an integral member of the architectural team.
  • Attend client meetings when requested to record, observe, and develop client interaction and presentation skills.

  • Must be able to multi-task, communicate well with Team and maintain organization in a changing environment. 
  • Must be resourceful and able to work under firm deadlines.
  • Must exercise sound judgment and represent the firm with a high level professionalism. 
  • Must have general experience in CAD, Word, and Excel, Adobe In-Design and Photoshop. 
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Rhino, Vectorworks, SketchUP and Illustrator and 3D rendering software preferred.


  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited university is required.
  • 2-5 years relevant architectural experience is required.
  • A Master’s degree in Architecture and LEED AP is a plus.
