Stonefox is a highly talented architecture, interior design and art advisory practice in SoHo with a sophisticated portfolio of high-end, luxury projects.  Our highly motivated, creative team is seeking a skilled and experienced office manager. This position works directly with the Founding Principals to manage all office-related operations. The successful candidate will effectively organize and complete multiple, simultaneous tasks, while serving internal and external clients. Compensation is competitive.

Duties Include

  • Manage office communications and shipping
  • Management of principal calendars and coordination of schedules
  • Management of travel arrangements for the principals
  • Point of contact with IT contractor
  • Manage vendors and supply ordering
  • Assisting principals in preparing client invoices
  • Assist in draft proposals and coordinate contracts with legal team
  • Scheduling weekly office meeting and client meetings
  • Prepare meeting minutes from in office meetings

Skills Needed

  • Ability to communication in a highly professional manner, both verbally and in writing
  • Highly proficient in MSOffice, especially Word and Excel
  • Experience with QuickBooks needed
  • Experience with InDesign and WordPress a plus
  • Past experience in an architecture firm a plus
