In-house growing and dynamic Design Studio is actively looking for an Interior Designer with 3/5 years of experience to work on various and hospitality and residential projects. We are seeking driven, dedicated people who are passionate about interior design and put their creativity to work for our high-end brands. Your portfolio should present the hospitality and/or corporate interiors projects you achieved, design concepts and your aesthetics. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic candidate, wiling to take initiative and to be proactive within the team. This position requires excellent visual and verbal communication skills, FF&E experience and proficiency with an array of design technology including 3D software as SketchUp and/or Rhino3D. 

Responsibilities:

  • Working directly with the interior design team on the several ongoing projects.
  • Drawing of architectural plans and 3D modeling.
  • Participation to the creation and elaboration of the concepts and mood boards for each new project, understanding the clients needs and universe
  • Coordination and daily collaboration with all the partners, suppliers, and other interlocutors.
  • Budget and schedules planning and management
  • FF&E, materials and suppliers sourcing
  • Maintaining the samples library organized and up-to-date

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience including design, the production of construction documents, and detailing.
  • Excellent skill in using AutoCAD, Adobe Suites, SketchUp and/ or Rhino3D is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Sharing the same level of taste and understands our brand and image.
  • Being organized and able to manage several projects at the same time.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to meet schedules and deadlines.
