LMN Architects is seeking a full-time Visualization Artist to become part of its staff in Seattle, Washington.  As a central firm resource, the Visualization Artist will be part of the integrated design technology group, LMN Tech Studio, and will work across project teams and typologies in producing and curating project imagery.  Responsibilities will range from pre-schematic architectural design and imagery for marketing proposals through finished renderings of projects in their final design stages. The Visualization Artist will join LMN Tech Studio in researching and developing new visualization methodologies for firm-wide deployment.

Minimum qualifications for the position include:

  • Strong background and skill in visual composition and communication
  • Expert knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong capabilities in image post-production
  • Familiarity with Revit and Rhino
  • Strong design sense
  • Ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings and models
  • Enthusiasm for design communication through visualization
  • Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Willing to relocate to Seattle, WA if not already residing in the area

Strongly preferred qualifications include:

  • Familiarity with Corona and Unreal Engine
  • Experience in interactive graphics and programming
  • Experience producing 3d animations, videography and motion graphics
