Alliance Architecture is seeking talented, energetic architects and designers to join our award-winning law-firm design practice as Sr. Project Architects and Designers. Successful candidates should have a minimum of 8 years’ experience and be comfortable leading the design process from conception through completion. 


  • Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial interiors is required. Experience in law firm design is preferred.
  • ACSA accredited degree in architecture (M. Arch or B. Arch) or CIDA accredited degree in interior design.
  • Professional Registration (Registered Architect or NCIDQ) in at least one jurisdiction is required.
  • LEED Accreditation is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of building codes, construction budgets, project budgets and other professional practice issues.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and MS-Office Suite.


  • Ability to effectively and confidently communicate with clients, contractors, consultants, and co-workers.
  • Ability to lead the coordination process between MEP, Structural, and other consultants.
  • Ability to participate in the design process including concept generation and ensuring that project concept is reflected throughout project details.
  • Ability to conceive and execute a project delivery plan and to delegate and manage junior staff in its execution while keeping firm principals apprised of overall project status.
  • Ability to research code implications of a project and find creative solutions to ensure that project concept is achievable and compliant.
  • Ability to help in drawing production when required to help meet deadlines.
  • Ability to lead construction administration process including field and office functions.
  • Quality control of design presentations and construction documentation.
  • Maintain and enforce office drafting standards including training junior staff when required.

The Sr. Project Architect / Designer works directly under the firm principals and should be capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously.   

Position is for Full-Time employment with benefits.  Salary shall be commensurate with experience.
