Peloros is a dynamic staffing firm headquartered in San Francisco. Since 1993 we have been partnering with Architecture and Interior Design firms. We have multiple clients throughout California that are currently looking for talented individuals for contract, temp-to-permanent, and direct-hire opportunities.

Our client is a leader in planning and design for educational and non-profit clients, with projects throughout northern California. Their diverse office in Oakland is a dynamic, design-oriented, collaborative practice. Their work ranges from campus master planning to educational buildings including libraries, theaters, athletic facilities, preschools, and academic buildings, and interior tenant improvements.

They are seeking an Intermediate Designer with 5-7 years of experience. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a fun and challenging work environment with excellent opportunities for professional development. Candidates must be team players willing to take on a high level of responsibility through a wide variety of tasks in all project phases, from developing design concepts to detailing to construction observation. Duties will include managing day to day workflow and meeting project team goals; producing design and construction documents; attending meetings with project team consultants and coordinating their work; and presenting and reporting progress to principals-in-charge.

Candidates must have a professional degree in architecture and excellent skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite.
