Peloros is a dynamic staffing firm headquartered in San Francisco. Since 1993 we have been partnering with Architecture and Interior Design firms. We have multiple clients throughout California that are currently looking for talented individuals for contract, temp-to-permanent, and direct-hire opportunities.

Our client is a large Architecture firm located in San Francisco. They are currently looking for (2) Construction Administrators. Their need is immediate and the opportunity is full-time. The project is in construction and scheduled to last 2 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Coordinate multiple projects in the construction phase. 
  • Attend construction meetings. 
  • Monitor project schedules/deadlines -- communicate information to team members. 
  • Receive and distribute all incoming and outgoing RFI's and/or submittals. 
  • Enter and track submittals, RFI's, etc 
  • Distribute punch lists, memos, drawings. 
  • Coordinate with contractors and consultants regarding RFI/submittal deadlines. 
  • Conduct Punch List with Architect on site 
  • Prepare transmittals, letters, packages, etc. for project(s). 
  • Facilitate weekly meetings with Project Managers and give project updates on RFI/Submittal logs. 
  • Submittal review research. 
  • Ability to assist in preliminary measurements and survey of existing conditions. 
  • Manage project database -- directories, minutes, sketches, correspondence, etc. 
  • Assist PMs in generating draft AIA contract documents - input base scope, fees and circulate for review and execution. 
  • Assist in preparing record drawings and closeout packages including compiling PDF files and minor Revit/AutoCad drawing assistance.
