We are a creative architectural firm, located in the Coral Gables area of Miami, seeking a full-time Architectural Construction Administrator to join our growing team.

This position requires self-motivation, strong attention to detail and organization, the capability to multitask, and the ability to work in a team atmosphere while understanding the importance of time management as it pertains to each project’s schedule. Communication is of the utmost importance, as this role will consist of working from multiple locations.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as Architect’s on-site representative and Construction Administrator for one or more projects under construction
  • Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs
  • Acting as a liaison between our design professionals, contractors, city agencies, and client representatives.
  • Over-all architectural project management at the construction phase.
  • Will work both in the office and on-site.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or an equivalent combination of related education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Documents and Construction Administration
  • Advanced knowledge of construction contract administration policies, procedures, and concepts
  • Advanced knowledge of Building, Fire, and Accessibility Codes, specifications, and building systems
  • Basic knowledge of Revit, Proficiency a plus
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam
  • Respond to and review shop drawings and submittals
  • Experience in multi-family, commercial, mixed use projects in the United States
  • Must have strong English skills, both written and verbal, and live in the South Florida area
  • Travel to and from the client's work site will be necessary for this position, requiring the candidate to have reliable transportation


Salary is commensurate based on certifications, experience, and educational background.
