Office Assistant

We are a Design + Build Office looking for a Full time Office Assistant.  You will work directly with our Co-Founder and assist her with: office paperwork, site visits, client and vendor  meetings, phone calls and following up on daily tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is willing to learn and is looking to obtain experience in construction management.

Office Assistant responsibilities:

  1. Prepare office paper work : estimates, invoices, emails etc.
  2. Answer and make phone calls to respond to customers’ concerns or questions
  3. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure our construction teams have the materials they need [Follow Up, daily].
  4. Scan and archive digital blueprints,schematics and any additional paperwork for future access

Office Assistant Skills

  1. High school diploma required
  2. Experience in the construction industry a plus
  3. Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required
  4. Excellent communication, accounting and organizational skills
