Marketing Manager

The Details:

            Manage all aspects of the RFQ/RFP process, from lead tracking to magazine-quality proposal production, interview prep and follow up.

            Run in-house marketing meetings, issue meeting notes.

            Content and marketing collateral creation and editing.

            Collaborate with P.R. consultant on press releases, editorial content and calendar, white papers, speaking engagements.

            Coordinate award submissions.

            Manage and coordinate client and industry related events.

            Manage client database.

            Collaborate with graphics’ and social media consultants on website and social media management.

            Manage website updates.

            Stay current with industry trends and participate in professional organizations.

            Manage Marketing Assistant

            Position works closely with and reports directly to the President and the Director of Marketing.

Winning Attributes:

            6+ years professional experience, preferably in the A/E/C community.

            BA in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.

            Entrepreneurial ‘yes I can’ attitude.

            Motivated by creative talent and excellence.

            Able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously and with a calm demeanor.

            Fiercely tackles deadlines.  Procrastinators need not apply.

            Easily works cross-platform PC and MAC.

            Skilled in all aspects of Adobe CS, Microsoft Office, Deltek Vision.

            Professional and responsible use of Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram

            Knows how to navigate the online digital tools du jour and is eager to learn and implement new and better ways to engage our clients.

            Deftly maneuvers from strategic thinking to practical execution.

            Flexible and possesses a great work ethic.

            Personable collaborator across a wide range of people – this is a high visibility role.
