We are currently looking for fill the following position:

Project Coordinator

The Architectural Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting Project Management with construction submittal, RFI and general coordination of project tasks. The position will also assist with the day to day operations of the firm and assist key executive personnel.  Position includes daily time management skills and the ability to see tasks through to successful completion.

Required Skills

Knowledge, Experience + Special Skills


  • At least three (3) years of project coordination experience in a construction/architecture setting

  • Decision making, research and analytical problem solving skills

  • Time management with the ability to organize, assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands, and to work independently

  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and interact effectively at all levels within the organization*

  • Possess knowledge of principles and practices of architectural design and the complete understanding of the design process and how it interacts with the construction process

  • MS Office – Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook experience

  • Strength in reading construction documents

  • Management of file sharing sites such as dropbox or egnyte
