Madera seeks a dynamic Production Manager to join our team in Brooklyn

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Madera provides a curated collection of finished hardwood and reclaimed wood floors and wall surfaces for the architecture and design community. We rely on the highest quality manufacturing and finishing techniques while drawing from the organic minimalism of Scandinavian design. Our goal is to highlight the natural perfection of wood in every project. We are located across from the Navy Yard in Brooklyn and manage a creative space where architecture, interior design, and art merge together in a forward thinking environment. Madera is expanding to the West Coast and will be opening a new creative space in Los Angeles in 2018.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Madera is growing rapidly and we’re looking for a candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit who is willing to think outside the box and take initiative to improve the way we manage our systems for producing and finishing hardwood floors and surfaces. Managing our partner’s activities is key to our success. The person we seek will work closely with these partners to manage the production of Madera products to achieve the quality and look we are after while meeting the strict timelines of our clientele. Madera launches approximately 15-20 new projects each month with an average of 79 projects in production at any given time.
