Job Description:

We currently are seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join our Production team. This professional will be performing construction administration services for mainly residential high-rise projects. Additional projects may include; mixed-use, luxury, senior, affordable and student housing in markets across the country and internationally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and distribute all incoming RFIs and Submittals to internal team and consultants
  • Follow up with internal team and consultants on status of RFIs and submittals
  • Consult with and report on construction related issues with the architectural project team and consultants
  • Maintain knowledge of current codes and practices
  • Maintain favorable working relationships with clients, contractors, and CA department
  • Attend OAC calls when required
  • Assist with Production projects when needed
  • Report to Project Manager on a daily basis with updates

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in architecture, architectural engineering, construction administration, or in a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
  • Excellent clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and driven to succeed
  • Experience using MS Excel and MS Word
  • Ability to multi-task

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Construction administration experience
  • Experience with multi-family, hospitality, mixed-use and high-rise development
  • Experience using Newforma software
  • Experience using CAD
