 Salary Range:

 Job Description:

This individual is a competent and self-motivated licensed Architect, who understands how to serve as liaison between our design professionals, contractors and our client representatives.  The role involves administration of the construction process for Type I and Type III projects, and overall project management at the construction phase. A minimum 15 years of experience is required, and the ability work in office and job site environments is essential.  The ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture
  • Architectural licensure, preferably in California
  • 10 Plus years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong time management and conflict resolution abilities
  • Comprehensive understanding of architectural building technology and building codes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with team members
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to read, understand and work from blueprints and specifications
