nARCHITECTS is an award-winning architecture firm known for joining innovative concepts, social engagement and technical precision in addressing contemporary issues.  We are seeking a business development/marketing/office manager: 1/2 of your time would be spent on business development and marketing related activities, 1/4 will be office admin related, and the rest will include assistance on project teams and design production or research.  We are looking for the right, long-term fit for our intense, creative and dynamic office environment.  The right candidate will help set the tone for the office culture and craft the voice of the firm in submittals to press and potential clients.


  • An undergraduate degree in architecture, art, design or communications-related discipline.
  • Prior experience in architecture / marketing / communications a plus.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
  • Experience working on/coordinating publications a plus.
  • Knowledge of and passion for contemporary architecture and art culture. 
  • Excellent multi-tasking, communication and detailed organizational skills.  Dependability, professionalism and a positive attitude are a must.
  • Native English speaker and eligible to work in the U.S.

Business Development/Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Lead new business outreach.
  • Oversee and coordinate production of nARCHITECTS’ upcoming book.
  • Help research, coordinate and respond to RFQ/RFP’s, including graphic layout of submissions and writing text.
  • Oversee & update firm’s website & all web presence.
  • Update firm portfolio.
  • Press releases, press submissions and award submissions. 

Office Management Responsibilities:

  • General office-wide admin and daily operations support: archiving of physical 2d + 3d material.
  • Communicate w/ IT consultants to maintain functionality of computers and printers.
  • Maintain office calendar and arrange travel for principals and personnel
