Callosum Advisors is a boutique consulting firm that offers business solutions and marketing to the Architecture, Interior, & Real Estate Development industry.  We are currently looking for a Data Management Coordinator. 

This position supports to the Owner and the marketing team.  Often working independently, this person will work on multiple projects at one time and will have personal ongoing tasks while managing the tasks of others.

The main responsibilities of this role are as follows:
Manage tasks provided by the owner by gathering data, creating and reviewing lists, managing CRM databases for multiple clients, tracking marketing activities, and collating CRM goals.

  • Experience in the Architecture, Design, Construction Industry is helpful.
  • Experience working in PR or Marketing is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience using a CRM program in addition to other data managing applications is a must. 
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues, establish priorities and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and possibly Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, someone who takes initiative. 

This is a Part-Time Position with approximately 15-20 hours per week. The company is based in NYC, however the work location of this position is mostly remote and can be done from various locations.
