Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Project Architect / Project Manager, we'll count on you to lead a multidisciplinary team in all phases of a project to deliver professional services to clients.

Create project management plans, monitor and ensure compliance with plan through all phases of a project.

Ensure the right level / type of staff is assigned to the project.

Establish project budgets and monitor financial performance.

Coordinate workload of team members through multiple phases to complete deliverables on schedule and under budget

Work with the Project Architects and all other disciplines leads to ensure the work is properly coordinated, project goals are fulfilled, and the delivery standards are met or exceeded.

Identify project trends, modify work plans to proactively adjust to project needs.

Participate in contract negotiation with clients.

Establish and maintain good client relations.

Incorporate agreed-upon changes into project contract, and ensure proper implementation of changes into project delivery.

Work with Regional Controller and Managing Principal for project reviews with corporate management as needed

Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications  

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering

10+ year’s experience

Architecture or Engineering license

Must be able to lead a team on projects

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with Revit, related tools and BIM implementation

Demonstrated graphic presentation skills

Good understanding of project accounting

Willingness to travel internationally and domestically

Willingness to work off hours to accommodate international clients
