Little is a diverse, international, multi-disciplinary design firm with offices in Charlotte, Durham, Los Angeles, Orlando, Washington DC and Beijing, made up of architects, interior designers, graphic designers, landscape architects, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers, VR/AR Animators, Sustainability & Building Performance specialists and CAFM & Real Estate Planning Specialists.

We are excited to invite candidates to submit your interest in and qualifications for serving as our Workplace Practice Leader. Our Practice Leader leads and collaborates with leaders in our Workplace Practice and others across our firm to develop and execute the Vision and Strategic Plan for the Practice and to continually elevate our value proposition and reputation. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated the ability and/or strong potential to provide leadership in multiple areas of responsibility:

Vision, Strategy & Execution

  • Collaborate with Workplace leaders to crystallize an ambitious vision for the future of the workplace and of our Workplace Practice
  • Develop a strong value proposition and competitive position that capitalizes on the strengths of our firm and people
  • Develop a strategic plan that unifies us, creates synergies across offices and capitalizes on our diverse individual talents
  • Provide organization and discipline to the Practice, creating accountability for the execution of our plans and consistent progress toward our goals

Workplace Expertise & Thought Leadership

  • Earn a widespread reputation as a credible Workplace expert and thought leader, and to become a strong ‘face of Little’ for the Practice 
  • Coach, support and empower our Workplace leaders to enable them to elevate their own reputations for expertise and thought leadership

Business Development

  • Possess or develop a unique skill, knowledge or expertise that makes the Practice Leader relevant to our clients, projects and pursuits, helping us to win against our strongest competitors
  • Build relationships, develop leads, lead major pursuits and work with our leaders to develop business across our footprint, including local, regional, national and international clients

This person may be located in any of our offices in the US – Arlington, VA; Charlotte, NC; Durham, NC; Newport Beach, CA or Orlando, FL.
