Kushner is seeking an all-star Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for designing and producing print and digital marketing materials and presentations, tracking and reporting on marketing efforts, and coordinating special projects and marketing campaigns at individual properties. In addition to graphic design and coordination, the role will entail strategizing and executing creative marketing solutions with the firm’s Creative Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Design print and digital marketing materials for both corporate marketing and property-specific marketing
  • Coordinate with vendors to produce materials
  • Track marketing efforts and pull Monthly Marketing report
  • Coordinate award submissions
  • Maintain Marketing server with most updated materials
  • Coordinate and execute events and special programs, in close collaboration with Property Managers

Requirements:

  • Strong graphic design skills (must demonstrate complete command of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Editorial and writing skills
  • Strong organization and people skills
  • Flexibility and creativity to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a team environment and to work independently
  • College graduate with demonstrated engagement in branding, architecture, real estate, or art

Our 2-person creative/marketing team is made up of one Creative Director (who you will report to), and this role of Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator.
