This role interacts with all members of the firm and requires daily problem solving, time management, multi-tasking and a great attitude under pressure.  Frequently works on one or more projects at a time. Well-developed organizational and communication skills and attention to detail are required.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  supervision and mentorship of project teams, document development and coordination, interface and coordination with consultants, quality-control, design support and interface with project manager/designer, directing project/code research, obtaining agency approvals and construction administration services.   

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
  • 10+ years of experience (preferably in healthcare).
  • Strong experience in recent versions of CAD
  • Strong experience with REVIT software and BIM processes.
  • Experience working with the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD).
  • Thorough knowledge of architectural drafting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel.
  • Strong professionalism and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
  • Working knowledge of detailing, building materials, codes and construction.
