A global high-end cosmetics retailer is looking for an experienced, technically adept Project Architect/Job Captain to join our US Store Design and Construction team.

This individual will be responsible for the production of Shop-In-Shop Whole Sale projects for rest ail department stores and partner counters within the US as well as the development of new fixture initiatives and concepts. The Project Architect will be responsible for proper execution and implementation of the Brands' design aesthetic in new stores/counters, remodels and renovations including the creation of comprehensive contract document.


  • Ensure timely production of clear and comprehensive SD, DD and CD/Bid Documents
  • Review of retailer criteria for construction constrains and requirements
  • Detail and develop drawings that meet brand approval while maintaining standards
  • Making revisions, sketches, and addressing redlines in timely manner
  • Overseeing the architectural aspects and the development of the design, as well production of the construction documents and specifications.


The ideal candidate will possess the following skill set and characteristics

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • 2-5 years experience in architecture or related field
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail
  • Must be capable of drafting and detailing a complete set of contract documents
  • Knowledge of construction materials, IBC building codes, and ADA requirements
  • Highly proficient in AutoCAD (V2015 or later)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Creative thinker and effective problem solver
  • Ability to execute and manage projects from inception to completion
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
  • Must have excellent communication skills, fluent in English and be able to write and communicate effectively
