Leeser Architecture is seeking an Intermediate Architect with 4-7 years of professional experience. The position requires a candidate with excellent design skills and experience working on a range of project types through the construction documentation phase. Familiarity with the construction process of medium to large scale buildings is advantageous.

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

  • In-depth knowledge of the structure and required content of drawing sets on medium to large scale projects through the design stages
  • Ability to produce and develop coordinated drawings across scale levels within a team environment
  • Experience communicating with consultants and coordinating drawing packages within multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience developing schematic level designs for new project presentations
  • Familiarity with New York City Building Code and Zoning
  • Strong written, spoken and graphic communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized and an independent thinker

Candidate must have a Masters Degree in Architecture.

AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, 3DSMAX & Rhino

Salary is commensurate with experience level.
