We are exclusively representing this dynamic and recognized 50-person residential construction firm known for the hand-crafted execution of bespoke residences in the New York area. We are seeking a PROJECT MANAGER to work closely within the New York City and national Hi Rise residential markets.


• Provide primary day-to-day contact and communication for client and outside consultants

• Lead and mentor architects and designers supporting assigned projects

• Elevate the quality of design and project deliverables for assigned projects

• Produce and develop thorough architectural planning, design, development and details


• Report to and work under the guidance of the designated Studio Director

• Submit weekly project updates

• Attend weekly studio meetings to communicate shared issues of concern and project progress to advise the Studio Director of staffing needs

• Review and approved weekly time sheets for each assigned project

• Schedule internal working sessions and client presentations

• Schedule site visit meetings at key intervals during construction

• Oversee project team scheduling / coordination of outside consultants

• Oversee and assign tasks to project team

• Ensure compliance with building codes and zoning requirements

• Identify documentation needed for each project and ensure accurate completion of client deliverables

• Complete Quality Assurance/Quality Control checklist with Studio Director

• Ensure that each project is documented as designed, and constructed as documented

• Obtain client sign-off approvals on design, finishes, budgets, and schedules at conclusion of each project design phase

• Administer the review of all construction submitals and shop drawings during construction

• Prepare field notes for site visits and forward to the Studio Director for review

• Maintain organization of project flat file drawers, project binders, and project folder on the server

• Archive drawings, binders, and submitals at conclusion of each project


This is a permanent, full time position with projected total compensation in the $85 - $100k range as well as fully paid benefits, 3 weeks vacation and  bonus potential.
