We are currently looking for an Interior Designer II with experience in Hospitality and Multi-Family.  As our reputation grows, so does our need for skilled and passionate industry leaders who thrive on collaboration and believe deeply in the ability of design to elevate the human experience.

Professional Knowledge & Responsibly

  • Ability to provide leadership and creative vision to create successful hospitality design work
  • Experience in building and maintaining then expanding client relationships
  • Proven ability to lead hospitality design projects
  • Generate and develop overall design concepts and effectively lead/direct other designers and technical staff in the successful implementation of those concepts.
  • Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs.
  • Report to the Hospitality Market Director
  • Knowledge of computer software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to hand draft and draw freehand
  • Understands and can articulate how to solve unusual or complex issues


Technological Expertise

  • Proficient in SketchUp, Windows-based programs, Microsoft Office and Windows OS
  • Experience with Deltek Vision a plus

Who are we looking for?  The individual we need must have their Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field along with a NCIDQ certification, LEED accredited is preferred. 6+ years cumulative experience in a professional design office setting. Experience in our core markets (multi-family, hospitality, senior living) preferred.
