This a great opportunity for a Marketing & Business Development professional with 3-5 years of experience working for an interior or architecture firm. This firm works mainly in high end hospitality, multi-family residential, and commercial design. In this position, you would be responsible for managing all internal marketing collateral, maintain Salesforce CRM, prepare custom presentations for Principal speaking engagements, assist in the assembly and delivery of RFQ/RFP responses, in addition to many other marketing and business development related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, creative graphic sensibilities, have excellent writing & editing skills, possess a strong sense of self motivation and follow through, be highly organized, deadline driven and a team player. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and CRM software (Salesforce preferred) are required. Other preferred software competencies include email campaign software (iContact), Wordpress, and Marketing Automation.
