We are looking for a talented intern to join us in our studio in Portland.

You should be a highly-talented and self-motivated individual who takes the initiative, is passionate about their work, and is obsessed with quality. You should have a great attitude and be easy to work with. You will be involved in a wide range of projects at multiple scales and be tasked with presentation drawings, design studies and sketches, project documentation, and physical model making. As one of the benefits of joining us you will have the opportunity to participate in many aspects of our practice, gaining exposure to the diverse projects and tasks within our studio.

Work and Responsibilities

You will work closely with the studio principals to execute a wide range of projects, including:

  • Creating presentation, drawings, images, renderings, presentation images
  • Computer modeling
  • CAD drafting
  • Building physical models using digital tools

Skills and Qualifications

You will be working in a fast-moving studio environment

  • Completion of B.Arch or first-year M.Arch degree from accredited school, minimum
  • 0-3 years professional experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Rhino
  • Proficiency in all Adobe programs
  • Experience in Grasshopper, Revit, and rendering experience in V-ray a plus
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work, communicate, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • English fluency required, both written and spoken
  • US Citizen or permanent resident

Monthly stipend will be provided commensurate with experience.

You should be available immediately for a six month internship.
