Bilingual Accounting Manager for Real Estate Development Firm

Our client is a real estate development and investment company and they are currently looking for an Accounting Manager to work from their New York Office. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for dealing with daily accounting and tax issues, providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing reports, and supervise accounting staff.

Job Requirements;

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 
  • 3-5 years of working experience in a real estate development company.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Access skills a plus.
  • Experience with ERP systems like Oracle, Timberline is necessary.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Fluency (read/write) in Chinese required
