  • Working with the Design Directors, Project Leaders, and project teams on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production for high-end residential interiors, workplace interiors and/or hospitality interiors.
  • Collaboration with in-house Base Build Architecture projects.
  • Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings.
  • Assist on selection and specification of materials, appliances, equipment and furnishings.
  • Analyse sketches, notes, and other input material to determine best approaches for completion of drawings, space planning, and preparation of materials palette.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/Architecture, with coursework or curricular internships.
  • 1-3 Years’ relative job experience in interior workplace, hospitality and/or residential design.
  • Familiarity with UK building regulations and approved documents. 
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Revit is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam.
  • Strong graphic and visualization skills including creation of 3D renderings, illustrative plans, elevations and hand rendering techniques to communicate design concepts.
