We are looking for an experienced Intern Architect who is committed to a structured environment and processes, production standards, design excellence, positive client engagement and is ready to sweat the small stuff.

You will be asked to participate as a Project Architect and designer on an interesting and extensive range of projects inclusive of hospitality, commercial and residential typology. You will be brought into each project from the onset and will carry the project team through construction reviews and administration. You will collaborate with the principals to manage the workload and will be responsible for directing the progress of junior staff against project ideas, fees, and deadlines. You will be working using different programs including REVIT and CAD on mid to large scale projects.

The ability to interact positively with clients, consultants, contractors and your internal team is required. You must have a strong desire and commitment to contribute to the quality of the work that this studio will produce. An entrepreneurial nature is welcome.


  • Master’s Degree in Architecture from a Canadian institution or the equivalent
  • Preferably minimum 5 years of experience on commercial and/or multi-family projects in Canada
  • Proficiency in Autocad & Sketch-up is mandatory
  • Moderate ability in Revit would be an asset
  • Genuine interest in time management software and reporting is necessary
  • Must have experience with City authorities, contractor relations, and sub-consultant coordination
  • Ability to comprehensively prepare and/or review construction drawings
  • Interest in learning to nurture and support client relationships
