We are seeking full time Project Managers / Construction Coordinators with a Bachelor’s degree and min 3+ years experience in the architecture or construction field. Experience with commercial projects preferred. Must be able to assist with general project coordination including site evaluation, due diligence, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, bidding and basic construction administration. Interaction with clients required as well as consultant coordination. Basic knowledge of building codes and technical standards required. Good communication / people skills a plus. General familiarity with CAD, graphic and business software required.
