We are seeking smart, creative and highly motivated individuals to join our close knit team of professionals for both our LA and NYC offices. We are looking for candidates interested in a long term position with tremendous growth opportunities.

 

We are seeking full time Project Managers / Construction Coordinators with a Bachelor’s degree and min 3+ years experience in the architecture or construction field. Experience with commercial projects preferred. Must be able to assist with general project coordination including site evaluation, due diligence, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, bidding and basic construction administration. Interaction with clients required as well as consultant coordination. Basic knowledge of building codes and technical standards required. Good communication / people skills a plus. General familiarity with CAD, graphic and business software required.
