  • Exposure to Project Manager Role as well as interactions with both stores and design team
  • Develop working relationship with outside vendors, manage deliverables and expectations
  • Understand logistics and studies behind planning retail space


Design Based Tasks

  • Develop minor works scope sheets: photos, plans, elevations, photoshop rendering
  • Update Plans in Auto CAD for previously completed projects or minor works
  • Gather content and design presentations for executive team meetings + review (Store Co.; Workshop Prep)
  • Order History Documentation, collect specs, sizes, and artwork for America Network (OSI)
  • Sample Distribution for Vendor Validation

Research Based Tasks

  • Cost Savings Analysis; Bulk Buy, Millwork RFQ.
  • Determine Circulation Coefficient for FOH + BOH Space Monitoring
  • Maintain Lamp + Light Fixture Library for Americas Network, Code Compliance
  • Produce content for QR code database

Project Management Application

  • Minor Works Projects with one vendor under PM supervision
    • Place orders for furniture, carpets; Create RFPs, Purchase Agreements, Vendor Forms
    • Coordinate delivery and installation with stores and regional teams
    • Maintain project budgets and Regional Master Budget, Log and process invoices
  • Project Filing
    • Update tracking documents: deliveries
    • Obtain photos of completed projects
    • Audit files and folders for Project Close out documentation
  • Special Projects: Assist PMs with on-going projects for practical architectural application


Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree; Architecture and/or Interior Design Program(s)
