We are a creative architectural firm, located in the Coral Gables area, seeking a full-time Architectural Designer to join our growing team. This position requires self-motivation, strong attention to detail and organization, the capability to multitask, and ability to work in a team atmosphere while understanding the importance of time management as it pertains to each project’s schedule. The ideal candidate will be creative, energetic, and passionate about the craft of architectural design. They will have artistic sensibility, technical proficiency in design, and the ability to communicate clearly in writing and in person.

                                                                                                      

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the streamlining of the architectural design process from conceptual design through overall completion of the projects
  • Create three-dimensional building information modeling and two-dimensional construction documents using Revit, AutoCAD, and various other software programs
  • Participate in the architectural design process and assist in developing alternative solutions and presentation graphics used to communicate concepts to the clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
  • Two years of prior experience in an architectural firm, preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Revit
  • Experience working with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and SketchUp
  • Experience in multi-family, commercial, mixed use projects in the United States
  • Strong creative design skills are essential, as are strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics and organizational skills
  • Must have strong English skills, both written and verbal, and live in the South Florida area
