Bespoke Careers are a recruitment agency who connect jobseekers and employers within architecture and design.  We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Office Administrator to join our fun, friendly team in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will assist a team of recruitment consultants and will play an active role helping resource architecture and design talent. A good working knowledge of Office365, Excel and Word is essential, some basic IT knowledge would be preferable. Day to day tasks will include, diary management and scheduling, implement processes and procedures, assisting with event planning, maintaining office supplies and liaising with HQ and our international offices.
