About Workframe

Founded by Kevin Ryan (of Gilt Groupe, MongoDB and Business Insider) and three serial entrepreneurs in 2014, Workframe believes traditional office design is too time consuming, difficult and expensive for small and medium-sized businesses.  Our turnkey solution helps businesses design, build and manage spaces that foster productivity and enhance company culture – all while significantly reducing the amount of time and money spent.  From space planning and furniture selection to construction and move-in, Workframe provides a single point of access for every aspect of the design and build process.

About The Role

Our elite network of independent licensed architects is essential to the success of Workframe.  Many of our clients require complete build outs of office space and we are looking for talented architects to bring their visions to reality.  You will gain access to the Workframe platform which will enable you to easily communicate seamlessly with the interior designer, project manager, and client.  Workframe provides an opportunity for architects to expand their portfolio and gain access to a wide range of clientele.  Depending on a project’s scope, our architects may be responsible for all or some of the following project phases:

  • Programming
  • Space Planning
  • Concept Design
  • Schematic Design
  • Design Development
  • Construction Documents
  • Custom Millwork Design
  • Construction Administration
  • Coordination of the selection of architectural finishes with the interior designer assigned to the team

About You

We are looking for licensed architects with experience in commercial interior architecture.  You should be organized, enthusiastic, and dedicated to helping companies create office space that is both functional and a point of pride.  Workframe is dedicated to delivering smartly designed offices on time and within budget, and we are looking for Architects to join our team who share in that goal.
