We work together in a high energy creative studio environment to create powerful brand activations for a diverse spectrum of project types.

We’re seeking a Designer and 3D Visualization Specialist to create high quality visualizations of design work. The ideal candidate will have the ability to collaboratively concept and visualize designs that range from architecture, interior environments, exhibits, and products. Experience with post production effects and the presentation of ideas in impactful ways that wow clients is key to this role. This designer will be involved from the start of a project, developing concepts and innovative ideas that portray the unique aspects of a brand story and sense of place. The fundamentals of experiential design are perpetually changing, we are looking for a forward thinking designer to visualize that change.  

Responsibilities:

  • Create impactful 3D renderings and visualizations for high profile national and international client brands that include corporate, entertainment, hospitality, collegiate and sport markets.
  • Through close collaboration with clients and colleagues, discover opportunities to amplify the character of a place, conveying the brand’s identity in imaginative and compelling ways.
  • The candidate should be highly adaptable, having a diverse skill set and comfort level working in multiple media platforms. Capabilities should include illustration, computer generated renderings, animations, and the production of motion graphics in various forms for visual communication of the conceptual idea.

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of work experience in an industry related company (architecture or visualization for built environments).
  • Have an education in, or demonstrated a passion for architecture and design (Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Fine Arts, Industrial Design, or a Computer Animation Degree preferred).
  • Innovative, creative design thinking, collaborative skill, architectural place making, spatial and environmental design ability is a requisite.
  • High level design ability and strength in ideation.
  • The ideal candidate would be eager to collaborate in the conceptual design of experiential and branded environments and to grow into a design leadership position.
  • Strong sketching and freehand drawings skills.  The ability to create quick sketches to convey/sell an idea is critical.
  • Expert in 3D modeling (Rhino, 3ds Max, Sketchup, Cinema4D, Modo, Maya or similar).
  • Ability to create and apply life-like textures, materials and other assets.
  • Proficient in traditional and/or real-time rendering software, (Vray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, Unreal, Unity or similar).
  • Expert in post-production software for 2D and 3D stills and animation (Photoshop, After Effects, or similar).
  • Experience with Inventor and/or Solidworks is a plus. 
  • Strong communication skills, team oriented, self-driven work ethic and ability to meet fast paced project demands, with a desire to grow and work within a team environment.
  • High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat), and MS Office required.
  • Desire to work on a fun, collaborative, energetic team, with amazing projects and a dynamic company culture.
  • Desire to work collaboratively with architects, interior designers, and planners. We believe that successful place-making demands an integrated analysis across many disciplines.
  • Strong work ethic, with demonstrated efficiency, flexibility, and a positive spirit.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the United States.
