OSports is looking for candidates interested in working on high profile and unique projects in the areas of Sports and Media Design. Led by our Sports, Entertainment and Technology Group, our projects are custom designs that utilize full integration of Architectural Design, Technology and Advanced Engineering to provide creative solutions for our clients.

Currently, we are looking for a talented Architect to collaborate on our design projects. The Architect will collaborate on the development of design work with the Design Principal; support the production of all design drawings and specifications; coordinate the related work of other disciplines and assume in-house construction administration duties on projects. This individual will be a critical member of the project team and participate in a full range of project tasks including client interaction, presentations and design execution.

Overview of the Company:

OSports, a division of Osborn Engineering, has a rich heritage of sports and entertainment planning and design dating back to 1909, when the firm designed League Park, the first home of Cleveland's major league baseball team. Since then, we have designed and engineered numerous sports architecture icons including Yankee Stadium (1923), Fenway Park, Municipal Stadium, and Ohio Stadium to name a few. Today our practice focuses on the design and redesign of some of the nation's most beloved venues including stadia, ballparks, race tracks, arenas and multi-purpose / multi-sport facilities. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design Documentation of projects from concept and schematic design through construction documentation and detailing
  • Graphic and Rendering lead for major design projects
  • Organization and coordination of all design documents, drawings and specifications, including all engineering disciplines
  • Research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications
  • Site observations and site inventory documentation
  • Participate in all aspects of construction administration related activities (in office and on site)


  • Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
  • Must be proficient in current version of Revit Architecture and AutoCAD
  • Must have 5 years of architectural experience within the architecture and construction field
  • Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements - Preferred
  • Ability to provide efficient and elegant design solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, able to have a solid working relationship with clients and coworkers
  • Proficient in LEED Design – preferred
  • Pursuit of an Architectural License - preferred
