BULLI is a Real Estate Development Company comprised of highly skilled Architects and Interior Designers based in downtown Los Angeles. We are focused on producing High-End Contemporary Single-Family Estates, Hospitality + Restaurants, Mixed-Use + Multi-Family Projects. Current projects include several contemporary single-family residences in Bel Air, each in excess of 30,000 sf, as well as the exclusive developer, architect, and interior designers of the expanding restaurant, Bottega Louie, many of which are in various stages.

We are a design driven company and believe that quality design is a significant driver of value creation and are dedicated to producing the highest caliber of built environments. Our current projects include several contemporary single family residences in Bel Air, each in excess of 30,000 sf, as well as the exclusive developer, architect, and interior designers of the expanding restaurant, Bottega Louie, many of which are in various stages.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Interior Design Director through all design phases, from conceptual presentations and schematic design to design development and construction documentation.
  • Conceptual sketching and 3D modeling.
  • Participate in sourcing architectural finishes, FF&E items, and other specifications.
  • Prepare project presentation materials - mood boards, presentation books, etc.
  • Generate CAD drawings (furniture layouts, floor plans, finish plans, interior elevations, etc.)
  • Organize and maintain material library.
  • Other tasks as needed.
Your qualifications, skills and software:

  • 3+ years of previous experience in an interior design or architecture firm.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design.
  • Able to produce technical drawings efficiently.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
  • Excellent 3D modeling skills. Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
  • Phone and email etiquette.
  • Driver's license.
  • Valid US work status.
