The signage program for the downtown Los Angeles real estate company was designed to be highly visible throughout the arts district. The program reimagines traditional real estate signage to communicate to a target creative audience using a variety of unexpected materials and techniques. In lieu of taking a one-size-fits-all approach, this signage program subtly adapts to each newly acquired site while remaining true to the brand message.
