Hallie DelVillan, Assoc. AIA, AIGA serves as Marketing Director and Associate at Bialosky Cleveland. As a nontraditional practitioner, Hallie defines her role as a strategic coach, helping architects and clients become their best. At Bialosky, she has inspired a transformation of identity and culture, resulting in a rebrand that has earned two national awards. Hallie has served on the Board of AIA Cleveland since 2015, and co-founded the chapter’s Women in Architecture Committee. In 2016, Hallie was honored with a Presidential Citation for her leadership, council, and for championing equity within the chapter. She is a reoccurring juror of student work at her alma mater, Kent State University. Before boomeranging back to Cleveland, Hallie was the Creative Director of Skynear Designs in Washington DC.

Mover and Shaker Award, Top 25 Under 35, Award

The Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club, the largest young professional group in Northeast Ohio, announces the recipients of the 2018 Northeast Ohio Top 25 Under 35 Movers & Shakers Awards. The Awards recognize 25 young leaders under 35 years of age that have a record of excellence in their work, civic engagement and philanthropic efforts. These individuals give selflessly for their community, are involved in working with local non-profits as volunteers or board members, or are up-and-coming leaders in their community or place of business.

Bialosky Cleveland placed 3rd nationally in the Integrated Marketing category for our refreshed branding and marketing strategy.This included our new mark, graphic standards, digital presence, new website, graphically rendered vision and values, and environmental graphics built into our new workplace.
