Expected to play a key role in alleviating the significant pressure of the supply chain bottleneck experienced since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, this new best-in-class facility developed by Triangle Equities, will provide efficient logistics, warehouse distribution, and air support operations.
A multi-level storage and distribution facility with access to major roadways and railways, convenient to Queens, Brooklyn, and the greater NYC area, the modern facility will create 200-400 full-time jobs and generate over $29MM of output growth annually.
