This reeks of an AA student project. Amazing that it came out of a respected engineering firm. "ok - let's try to put all the stuff in one building." Who is this for? mass consumption? the "community space for the community to learn about sustainable communities" on the ground floor would only really appeal to the architecture student crowd...
I'd be more interested if this future-tech proposal was city-wide and used existing infrastructure - not "let's create a new building out of failed plug-in-city ideas."
