João Gameiro Neves, postgraduate student at the Canterbury School of Architecture, presents an analysis of and a vision for existing buildings that have lost their original function and are awaiting new forms of use and occupation.
The public debate brings together different experts of the field - artists, architects and planners - in order to discuss the challenges and the potentials of these spaces for the future regeneration of Dover.
