I am an american mechanical engineering student that will be graduating in two years. Unfortunately i realized at the last second that i would rather be an architect, but i am too afraid to start from scratch with an architecture degree. My school does not have a program and i also don't have enough money to pay for another undergrad degree.
I considered the idea of an M.Arch I, but i really like the idea of living in europe for a few years to learn of the cultural exchange as well as language and architecture. the only problem is it is hard to find the M.arch I equivalent.
does anyone know what i should look for? what are some good schools that would have what i am looking for?
so you know, not sure about the US but a number of schools have 3 year M.Arch. programs for people with degrees not in Architecture. Umich, Georgia Tech, MIT....BUT....really really really look into it. you'll get paid more as a mechanical engineer long term I think...are you sure you want architecture and not product design>

Engineering student hoping to end up in a european engineering school
Hello everyone,
I am an american mechanical engineering student that will be graduating in two years. Unfortunately i realized at the last second that i would rather be an architect, but i am too afraid to start from scratch with an architecture degree. My school does not have a program and i also don't have enough money to pay for another undergrad degree.

thanks
