So for someone licensed in New York, who is applying for New Jersey Licensure, do you not qualify if your NCARB record is not 3 years?
Because NJ application requirement says 3 years... but for licensure in NY you do not need that much... so you'd have to request those hours again on NCARB to your supervisors from way back???
Hey Chad thanks for being active on the board and responding. I was just curious - because I have not been keeping up with NCARB after licensure... it seems silly to me that one state requires more years and so - if faced with a situation that requires application or reciprocity - one would have to go back to NCARB after all this time.
Again, just contact your NJ DORA and ask them. On a side note: if you haven't been paying your NCARB dues all this time then you'll have to pay all of your back due and bring your account up to date before they'll do anything with you license.
New Jersey Reciprocal for Licensed Architect !?!?
