cool architectural models

im trying to find examples of cool, interesting, different architecural models (think early morphosis). anything you like that you've seen. please include what they were made of and where i might find a photograph. thanks.

I'll second the Pran models.

There's Hadid, of course. Look at her plexi models and those wonderful museum board relief models (that are only an inch or so thick).

brian healy's models are pretty cool..
similar to morphosis'

walter pichler has some pretty nice ones as well...
