With the internet becoming more and more accessible, the threat of cyber attacks are on the increase. The recent attacks on Iran’s nuclear programme have instigated President Obama to invest more money in America’s cyber defence.
Defence against, what he is calling, a Cyber war.
So if there was to be a dedicated cyber defence department, what would their building be like?
How could architecture defend against a war that is invisible?
Or on the opposite side of this, how could architecture enhance cyber creativity?
I have scoured the internet for examples of architecture cyber defence but am not coming up with anything. I decided I would post this on here to see if the users of Archinect had any ideas or know of any examples.

There is no thing such as security on the internet.
The D.o.D. gets hacked frequently. Half of the Navy and Air Forces computers are zombies. GE and Honeywell's infrastructure is used a launching site of numerous spam networks. The Space Station has more open ports than you can shake a stick at. Hell, there's even been sophisticated satellites taken over.
Heck, one of the largest criminal proxy networks is essentially run by the government itself as a means of circumventing foreign government firewalls.
The only security useful against cyber security is to not use the internet at all!
A reliance on non-internet networks (aka 'real life') is where architecture could excel-- be it traditional urbanism, new urbanism or landscape urbanism.

I don't get why this is really an issue.
A large part of hacking tools are made by or used by the government. It really is third-grade script-kiddie shit.
The government is just BAWWWWing that it's not going their way anymore.
